  • I have placed my pre-order, now when do I pick up?

    If you placed a preorder, your items will be bagged and ready anytime during business hours on the upcoming Sunday. We are open from 11-6 on Sundays at all 3 locations. Please ensure you pick up from the location you selected on your preorder. You do not need to call, just stop in and give a Minced team member your name, and they will retrieve your bag

  • Can I pick up my meals on a different day than Sunday?

    Yes, you can pick up your meals on Monday but keep in mind that your meals are ready for pickup on Sunday and picking up on a later day will reduce the life of your meals.

  • What if I forget to pick up my meals; will you call me?

    If by Tuesday, you have not picked up your meal, we will call you. If you already paid for your

    meals, they will remain in the fridge until they reach their expiration, after which they will

    discarded. If you haven't paid for them and you also haven't picked them up by end of business

    on Tuesday, they will be put out for sale.


  • The "Tuned Up Tuesday" meals used to be ready and in the cases on Tuesday.... Is that still the case?

    No, for the convenience of the customer, we have shifted ALL of our meals/menus to be ready

    on Sunday. This is to eliminate customers having to pick up mid-week or to having to make 2

    trips (if ordering from the 2 separate lines of meals)


  • When do my items expire?

    Everything varies, depending on the day we made it. Please make sure to look at the dates of

    your meals, snacks, etc. so you can plan your week accordingly.


  • How do I request an ingredient to be left off of a menu item?

    Please leave a note at checkout if you would like to request an ingredient be removed or left

    out. If the ingredient is built in to the recipe, we may not be able to omit it, however we will do

    the best we can to accommodate requests.

  • Can I freeze my meals to eat at a later time?

    Yes! Almost all of our meals, bulk proteins, veggies, and soups freeze. Our black containers and our soup containers are freezer-safe so you can freeze the item right in the containers. Avoid freezing salads or slaws. To thaw, place the item in the refrigerator overnight and heat as usual.

  • Do you have an app for easy ordering?

    Yes! You can find our app on the app store by searching "Minced Meal Prep"

Heating Instructions

Any of the White Containers, Black Containers, & Deli Cups That Hold Our Soups & Bulk Items are ALL Microwave Safe, Dishwasher Safe, & Freezer Safe.

Any of Snack Box Packages, Parfait Cups, Portion Cups, or Thinner Plastic Containers which hold Our Fat Bombs, Pasta Salads, Hummus, & Cheesecakes are NOT Microwave Safe, Dishwasher Safe, nor Freezer Safe.

Meals

Remove any portion cups from container. Rest the lid of the container on top of the meal and microwave for 90-120 seconds or until hot. (Resting the lid on top helps to keep moisture in the container)

Bulk and Soups

Remove the serving amount and place on microwave safe dish. Heat for 60 seconds or until hot.

Alternatively, if you prefer to use the oven instead of the microwave, you can place meal in an oven safe dish with a tiny bit of water in the bottom. Preheat oven to 350. Tent with foil and “steam” in the oven for 20 minutes or until hot in the center.
